The Worldwide Initiative for Diabetes Education (WorldWIDE) is a charitable foundation that provides education and information for healthcare providers. The mission of WorldWIDE is to challenge and shape the future management of diabetes in order to provide optimal treatment for all patients and to enhance professional education for physicians and other diabetes professionals. Toward that end, WorldWIDE has developed the current programme for general practitioners.
